AT25SF041-MAHD-T is a 4 Mbit Serial Flash memory, usually used for serial nonvolatile data storage and retrieving application, including wireless, portable and consumer products. It is designed to withstand up to 20 years of data retention and 100 thousand program/erase cycles.
