It consists of two sectors - one 512K-bit one Millioner-bit - that incorporate advanced CMOS technology to offer high-performance, low-power operation and low cost. With a low-power CMOS technology that consumes only 55 mW/4.5 mA max., AT27C010L-15TC provides both superior performance and low power consumption. The memory has an operating voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5VDC and is rated for 140mA max. current when operated at 4.5VDC.
