The AT27BV020-15TC is a type of memory used for various applications. It is a two-byte wide nonvolatile memory which is compatible with various industry standard memory cards and modules. The AT27BV020-15TC offers a high-performance and low-power solution for various embedded applications.

The device consists of a 28 Pins SOP package containing 130KB of programmable nonvolatile memory which is organized into 128K bytes of data memory, 1K bytes of lock bits and 1K bytes of configuration registers.

The AT27BV020-15TC features an on-chip 16-bit SRAM for data buffering. A 10-bit ID register used for device identification and a vpp pin for programming and erase voltage is also available. The device has a low-power standby mode, in which the memory contents are retained and no power is consumed. The on-chip hardware encryption benefits data security.

The AT27BV020-15TC has three programming modes, x8 byte parallel mode, x8 word parallel mode and x16 word parallel mode. The programming voltage is 12.75V and the erase voltage is 21V. The device is capable of supporting as many as 16 write cycles.
