AT45D081-RC (RC: RoHS compliant) is a broad range of nonvolatile memory chip widely used in many memory systems. It is a high-performance Flash memory with a wide variety of capabilities, including up to 8 Mbits of Flash Data Storage, which provides plenty of capacity for large and complex programs and data.
