This technology uses a 90 nm process size to produce a low voltage, low power Flash-EEPROM memory device.The AT45DB081D-MU memory device can provide up to 8 Mbits of serial communication or Flash memory. It provides high speed serial communications for applications requiring high speed data transfer. Its low power consumption, small size and low operating voltages make it suitable for a wide range of applications such as communication and control, industrial automation, and embedded systems. The AT45DB081D-MU memory device is a non-volatile memory and can retain data even when the power is switched off. The AT45DB081D-MU boasts a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for various harsh environments as well as consumer applications.
