The chip is a 32-bit RISC/DSP architecture, with an ARM Cortex-M5 core, divided into 4 independent DSP cores. It can be clocked up to 300MHz and can process up to 75 MIPS (Million instructions per second). The device also includes on-board RAM (128kB On chip) and an on-chip SRAM of up to 384KB. It has 12 independent serial ports, two Low Power Dual Port SRAM, a 4K- entry Instruction and Data Cache, and Interrupt Controller.
