The ATA6622C-PGPW is a high-speed, low-power, full-duplex half-duplex transceiver designed for automotive applications. It is designed for use in the in-vehicle communication (IVC) bus, which ensures the connection of traffic control equipment, safety systems, vehicle control systems and driver assistance systems. As an interface for in-vehicle networks and the ability to support multiple serial transmission protocols, the ATA6622C-PGPW provides reliable, secure and efficient communication performance. ATA6622C-PGPW Application Field

The ATA6622C-PGPW is capable of supporting both physical layer (PHY) speed (up to 3.5 Mbps) and data link layer (DLL) speed (up to 1.25 Mbps). It supports multiple serial transmission protocols, including differential transmit and receive signals, double robust layer, flexible time domain multiplexing (TDM), enhanced low-speed link (ELSL), controller area network (CAN) protocol, and more. The ATA6622C-PGPW is designed for use in a variety of different applications, such as automotive body control, engine control, interior systems and safety systems. It is also designed for applications where data needs to be transferred over longer distances, such as in autonomous vehicles and connected cars.

ATA6622C-PGPW Working Principle

The ATA6622C-PGPW is designed for use in in-vehicle communication (IVC) bus applications requiring high speed and low power consumption. The devices support multiple high-speed capacitive terminations, with up to 12 capacitances, to reduce connection losses. The ATA6622C-PGPW transceiver is equipped with a built-in voltage-scaling comparator (VSC) to adjust the voltage threshold and maintain high signal strength. This device can identify cable capacitance and automatically adjust the data transfer rate to improve system performance. Additionally, the ATA6622C-PGPW features built-in wake-up functionality, which allows the device to continuously monitor the bus and send wake-up data even during sleep periods.

The ATA6622C-PGPW also provides adaptive power saving for channel power management. This technology reduces the power consumption of connected peripherals by dynamically controlling the supply voltage and optimizing the current consumption.
