The Atmega644RFR2-ZF is part of the Atmel RF transceiver family of ICs. This chip is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SOC) that combines an Atmega microcontroller, a programmable RF transceiver, and a host of other peripherals in a single chip. The Atmega644RFR2-ZF incorporates a low-power 915 MHz radio transceiver front end with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA). It has 256kB of program memory, 32kB of SRAM and a 10-bit ADC.
