The ATSAM4SD32BA-MUR is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller package that enables reliable, energy efficient control solutions at an affordable price. In addition, the device is optimized for industrial applications that require robust and reliable performance, and supports a wide range of communication interfaces.The device consists of a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core which operates at a maximum frequency of 72 MHz, 4 KBytes of SRAM, 64 KBytes of flash memory, analog and digital peripherals, dual-channel ECC memory controller, and power management. The on-board ECC memory controller supports fast/low power migration of data between RAM and external Flash, and provides error checking and correction for increased reliability. The device also integrates a number of digital peripherals for different types of data transfers, including SPI, TWI, QSPI, and USART.Applications
