ATSAME70Q21A-CFNT Application Field and Working Principle

The Atmel|Microchip AT91SAME70Q21A-CFNT microcontroller is an entry-level embedded processor, using an ARM Cortex-M7 to provide users with an easy-to-program, reliable device suitable for a variety of applications.

The Atmel|Microchip microcontroller features a low-power ARM Cortex-M7 core, which operates at up to 70MHz and provides two sets of 32-bit floating-point (FPV) and double-precision (DSP) floating-point units. Additionally, the device has 1MBytes of onboard Flash memory and 64KBytes of RAM. Atmel|Microchip has built-in an extensive set of on-chip peripherals, such as 16 times 12 bits of one-billion-parallel Digital-to-Analog-Converter (DAC) and 12 bits Analog-to-Digital-Converter (ADC).

The Atmel SAME70Q21A-CFNT microcontroller is well-suited for a variety of embedded applications requiring advanced performance. The device is capable of running advanced real-time operating systems and can provide up to 1.2 GFLOPS of performance.
