Au3PMHM3_A/H is a kind of single diode rectifier device . It is usually used for the rectification and smoothing of medium or high-frequency AC and is mainly used in high-frequency switch power supplies or inverters. Au3PMHM3_A/H rectifier can be used as diode bridges, half-wave/full-wave rectifiers and freewheel diodes in direct current, alternating current and ripple rectification. It features high temperature operating temperature, high current forward voltage, low reverse current, low reverse voltage and low reverse leakage current.
Au3PMHM3_A/H rectifier is a two-terminal type semiconductor that only passes current in one direction. It is structured such that its P-region forms the anode and its N-region forms the cathode. When the anode potential is higher than the cathode, Au3PMHM3_A/H starts to conduct, allowing current to flow through. The reverse current is generally limited due to a reverse voltage applied to the diode during operation.
The Au3PMHM3_A/H rectifier is ideal for use in applications that require high power rectification, such as AC/DC converters, industrial UPSs (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, solar inverters and automotive power systems.
