AZ23B43-E3-08 Diodes - Zener - Arrays

The AZ23B43-E3-08 diode array, also called Zener diode array, is a type of diode consisting of multiple zener diodes connected in series and parallel array configurations, housed in a single package. It alllows the setting of different voltages in a very small space, and is popularly used in integrated circuits and printed circuit boards. The AZ23B43-E3-08 consists of 16 zinc oxide non-linear elements connected in four equal arms. Its breakdown voltage ranges from 2.4V to 6.5V, with 3.5V and 4.5V as adjustable versions.
