Other applications include controlling supply voltage in telecommunications, electric lighting and signaling systems, as well as controlling fan speed in air conditioning control systems.The working principle of the B12AP is relatively simple. The toggle switch operates by breaking and making an electric circuit, thus providing a “ON and OFF” toggle for the user. When the toggle is pulled out, the electric circuit is opened and current does not flow. When the toggle is pushed back in, the circuit is closed and electric current is allowed to flow.B12AP also comes with other features. It has high ambient operation temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is IP20 protection rated.
