Its low-temperature version is widely used in the coal chemical industry, condensing refrigeration, low-temperature gasification, and cryogenic engineering, etc.The working principle of B221-30FGF series of industrial control valve is that when it is driven by the floating ball type bypass steam regulator, the floating ball spins in the housing for up and down motion, and the feedback stem is connected to the floating ball. When the operating pressure of the valve head and the bypass pressure are exactly equal, the bypass valve is in equilibrium. When the valve inlet pressure is higher than the set pressure, the floating ball will rise; when the valve inlet pressure is lower than the set pressure, the floating ball will drop. Thus, when the valve inlet pressure is higher than the set pressure, the bypass valve is opened, and the medium flows away from the valve body, so that the valve output pressure can be kept at the set value.In addition, B221-30FGF series of explosion-proof industrial control valve is equipped with an outlet regulator. The valve is closed when it is turned to the "OFF" position, the steam flows into the valve head pressure is released, and the steam adjusts to the rated outlet pressure. When the valve is in the "ON" position, the steam enters from the control room, and the bypass valve is opened, allowing the steam to flow out of the valve, so that the pressure of the outlet valve head is defined.In summary, B221-30FGF series of explosion-proof industrial control valve is mainly used in mining, oil, gas and other industries that require explosion-proof control valve, and its working principle is to regulate the valve outlet pressure by adjusting the inlet pressure, so as to keep the valve output pressure at the set value.
