Thyristors - SCRs - Modules

A Thyristor module, such as the B512F-2T, is an electronic device with multiple thyristors or silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) acting as a single unit. It is usually used to control the power flow into a variety of applications with high power ratings, such as motor control, power control, lighting control, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

Working Principle
