B512FS-2 is a three-terminal thyristor module consisting of four thyristors connected in inverse parallel working, such as bilateral parallel opposite-series connected chips (BPSOS) or bilateral dual opposite-series connected chips (BDOS).This module, with low trigger voltages and proportional gate current, provides effective heat resistance and improved thermal stability. It is also suitable for harsh industrial environments and provides excellent protection against short circuit and over-voltage.It is often used in power control, motor control, and other switching applications.

Working principle:
