BA09T is a three terminal linear voltage regulator available in SOT-23 and through hole packages. It is designed to replace the discrete BC107-BC108 series transistors in a fractional cost and small form factor while still delivering the performance of an efficient voltage regulator.

The BA09T is made up of one p−channel MOSFET and one NPN transistor which are internally connected for the regulation loop. A high power BJT is added in the output of the IC for better regulation.
