The BA33C25FP-E2 is a linear voltage regulator integrated circuit (IC). As a member of the PMIC-voltage regulator-linear family, it is designed to provide linear voltage regulation over a wide input voltage range and to accurately produce a reliable output voltage. It is suitable for applications which require an output voltage to remain constant under varying loads, such as in automotive electronics, consumer hand-held devices, and industrial equipment.

The BA33C25FP-E2 output volatge can be adjusted over a wide range from 3 V to 32 V with a minimum of effort. The output voltage is adjustable, for example, to a 5 V DC level. It contains a high-current power MOSFET transistor and a linear-regulator integrated circuit, each providing four times greater power, compared to other voltage regulators. The circuit includes two resistor types to match the user’s needs, two thermistors to control current and temperature, and two diodes to increase power-out switching.

The BA33C25FP-E2 is designed to provide constant voltage regulation with low ripple and low noise-output characteristics regardless of input supply variations. Operating at a 2.5 V DC supply voltage, this part offers an output voltage of up to 32 V DC. This part incorporates low on-resistance, high-voltage MOSFET transistors, allowing it to switch between two or more different output voltages quickly and smoothly.
