BA604-GS18 Application Field and Working Principle

Working Principle

The BA604-GS18 is a type of p-n junction diode. It consists of two semi-conductors with different doping levels and different band gap energies. This movement of electrons and holes induces a voltage across the diode and a current is initiated.
