Working Principle

But when the reverse voltage applied is higher than the cut-in voltage the diode is "ON" and rapidly turns "OFF" at its cut-off voltage.

BAR43\'s optimized conduction angle of 270° allows it to fully switch from "ON" to "OFF" faster than conventional rectifier diodes, without sacrificing performance.
