BC57H687B-ITM-E4 is one of the most popular radio frequency (RF) transceiver ICs in the market. It is an integrated system-on-chip (SoC) solution which supports up to 150 MHz of RF frequency for wireless data transfer applications. This technology gives users the capability to easily deploy a wide range of wireless applications. This transceiver IC also includes an advanced power management and low power operation systems with efficiency ratings of up to 91%.

The BC57H687B-ITM-E4 has two main application fields. The first application field is macrocellular base station applications. This includes design implementations for 4G and 5G Consumer Premise Equipment (CPE).
