BCM857BS/ZLX is a type of arrays bipolar junction transistor (BJT). This type of transistors are composed of two or more independently operating BJT in single package. The BCM857BS/ZLX is a dual low-side power switch array whose inputs are controlled by a 5-V logic input. It has two powerer MOSFETs integrated inside a single package.

When operating temperature reaches up to 140°C, the thermal shutdown protection will automatically shut off and completely disconnect the load from power sources. Moreover, the under voltage lockout protection automatically turns off the device when the supply voltage drops and drains the circuits.
