  BD10100 is a high-efficiency pneumatic crimper intended specifically for cable adapters of various shapes, sizes and configurations. By swapping out the pre-installed dies, it is capable of applying to cables of various sizes and configurations with the adaptor of the installer’s choosing. Easy to use and simple to operate, the BD10100 is simply rolled into position and locked into place via its four-pillar mounting stand. In terms of operation, the BD10100 uses a pneumatic controller and sensor to measure the cable adapter’s contact pressure. This is then compared to a preset pressure setting and a force is applied commensurate with this setting. As the cable is inserted the force is applied, and upon insertion contact is achieved with the die, the pneumatic controller instantly reverses the force and disengages the adapter from the die, which allows for easy removal and removal of the cable adapter from the die. The BD10100 features a distinctive spring-loaded hex key on the side of the body, allowing for easy die-changing with the turn of a single key.
