The BD1865GWL-E2 is a monolithic switching voltage regulator of NVCORE series with high efficiency for applications such as automotive, phone, internet of things, and industrial. It is a step-down DC/DC switching regulator that can provide its output voltage at 2.5 V/3.3V/5V with a maximum current current up to 3.5 A. It is an ideal solution for power management for systems that require high efficiency and are limited in the space of board. The BD1865GWL-E2 is a member of a larger family of DC/DC converters that includes the LDO, linear and multiple-model switching voltage regulators.The BD1865GWL-E2 was designed to meet some general specifications, such as wide input voltage range (2.5 V to 5.25 V), high load transient performance, and output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%.
