BD1LB500EFJ-CE2 is an integrated 3-Channel BiCDMOS Load Driver developed by ROHM. It is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) used in Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers. BD1LB500EFJ-CE2 is a 3-channel Low-Side Load Driver IC with 6-V to 30-V input that includes a built-in PAN delay circuit and charge pump circuits. This product can supply high output current of 500mA (continuous) and 1000mA (peak) from each output.
