BD2042AFJ-E2 is a Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers developed by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for Power Management Load Drivers, and is able to deliver high current without the need for external components, making it suitable for mobile applications.
BD2042AFJ-E2 enables the addition of smart power management switches to a system, allowing efficient control of power supply in Power Management Load Drivers. It fully integrates a power switch and a fast single-channel load switch driver in a small, low profile SOIC-8 package.
