Working Principle

The BD2056AFJ-E2 is a single-channel MOSFET driver with integrated logic and a gate driver circuit. It is capable of driving an N-Channel single MOSFET. The gate voltage is regulated to within 4.3V with a turn-on voltage of VOH and a turn-off voltage of VOL.

The BD2056AFJ-E2 features internal power-on reset and thermal shutdown circuits to protect against severe over-temperature events. It has an adjustable short circuit protection threshold, which can be adjusted to current levels to prevent damage to the device.
