The TD45381G-TR is a precision power monitoring circuit built in a 16-lead, dual-in-line plastic package and is designed to guard against a wide range of overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. This integrated circuit is classified as a Supervisor, also known as a Power Monitor IC (PMIC).

The TD45381G-TR has two preset trip points which can be set by connecting the appropriate voltage divider network to pins 3 and 5. The trip points in this device are identified as "low trip" and "high trip".
