When either power supply falls outside the threshold, the BD46365G-TR will assert the reset signal and hold it until the power supply is back within the safe operating range.
The BD46365G-TR has a built-in delay circuit which can be adjusted from 100ms to 655ms with an external resistor. The delay time determines the amount of time the reset output will be held after being asserted, allowing the power supplies time to stabilize before releasing the reset signal.
