Working Principle

The BD91361MUV-E2 DC-DC switching regulator operates around an input voltage range of 0.5V to 6V and provides a constant output voltage from 0.6V to 5.3V. The device architecture is as follows:

The BD91361MUV-E2 is ready for async and sync switching applications. In addition, the user can integrate either an external synchronous modified frequency operation or internal PFM/PWM operation to reduce switching losses. External synchronization is also supported in PWM/PFM mode.
