The BD9E101FJ-LBGH2 is an integrated circuits (IC) designed for applications requiring highly efficient power transmission and regulation. It is a non-isolated DC/DC switching regulator, operating from input voltage sources between 2.5 to 6.5 V and able to produce an output voltage from either 0.7 to 6.2 V or –7.2 to –0.7 V.
