The BD9E101FJ-LBGH2 is an integrated circuits (IC) designed for applications requiring highly efficient power transmission and regulation. It is a non-isolated DC/DC switching regulator, operating from input voltage sources between 2.5 to 6.5 V and able to produce an output voltage from either 0.7 to 6.2 V or –7.2 to –0.7 V. It has adjustable output current limit, with a maximum value of 800mA.

This IC is composed of two main stages. The first is a high-side control circuit, with logic control interface, preamplifier, power supply, and a current sense amplifier. The second stage is a low-side control circuit, with an operating amplifier and driver/control logic.
