Working Principle of BFC241611005
BFC241611005 comprises of a Mylar film covered with one layer of metallic coating on both sides. The two metallic coatings are connected to each other through a contact area and then separated by insulated metal plates. As the capacitor passes current through it, the electric charges generated by current will deposit on the two sides of the metallic coating. This will cause an internal voltage between the two coatings. These electric charges will continue to increase until the space between the two coatings is full of charges of opposite directions and the capacitor can no longer accept any more current and is fully charged.
When the capacitor is discharged, that is, since the opposing charges from the two coatings are removed, then a voltage difference will be generated between the two metallic coatings. This voltage difference is called the dielectric loss which will form the capacitor voltage and be stabilized until both sides of the capacitor start charging up again.
