This low drop out (LDO) regulator has an in-built power transistor and its maximum output voltage of 5.5 V is fixed with a voltage tolerance of ±1.5%.The device has short-circuit protection and over-voltage protection. It has a typical quiescent current of 1.1mA and the maximum quiescent current of 1.7mA. The operating temperature range of the device is -40°C to 100°C and the output current is in the range of -2mA to 3mA.BH33FB1WG-TR comes in a ceramic package with 10 pins. The typical absolute dropout voltage at 300mA is 0.5 V. It has lots of features such as low temperature coefficient, low noise and low quiescent current. The minimum inrush current of the device is 18A.Working Principle:The BH33FB1WG-TR is a linear voltage regulator used for providing bias voltages for applications like audio amplifiers and cameras.
