The primary operating principle behind the BP0EA4600A700 consists of a three-step process. The initial step requires the signal to pass through the input filter so as to limit the wide band of frequencies up to 12.4GHz. Next, the signal passes through a duplexer (or diplexer) which is used to separate desired frequencies from the undesired ones. Finally, the internal dual-mode filter is used to obtain a higher level of selectivity between the two desired frequencies. This combination provides the necessary image rejection.

This versatile filter can be used in a wide range of applications, including WiFi/Bluetooth/GPS, sample duplex, multi-user shared duplex, signal combining/splitting, wireless charging, and radio/repeater systems to name a few.
