:Thyristors - TRIACs
A TRIAC (triode for alternating current) is a three-terminal electronic component widely used in the electricity industry for controlling current and voltage. It is a type of thyristor, which is a device used as a switch or an amplifier. BTB06-600CRG is a sensitive gate TRIAC and it is functionally equivalent to two SCRs connected in inverse parallel with the gate terminal of each connected together.
