BU11TD3WG-GTR is a supervisory voltage monitoring integrated circuit designed for use in devices requiring a microprocessor system monitor. The device features selective power-on delay time and a built-in selectable low voltage battery monitor that can be used in place of a supervisory circuit to provide a minimum reset threshold. The BU11TD3WG-GTR has several distinct advantages. First, it automatically resets its threshold voltage when it is within the ±2.5% (100mV) specified accuracy.
