The BU2JTA2WHFV-TR (BU2J) is a family of linear voltage regulators from Renesas Electronics America. This family of voltage regulators is designed to offer high precision and stability, making it ideal for a variety of applications including communications, embedded controllers, personal electronic devices, power management, and automotive applications.

These include the ability to adjust the compensation and voltage setting of the error amplifier, as well as the ability to adjust the current limit and quiescent current of the regulator.
