BU34UA3WNVX-TL is a low-power Linear voltage regulator from Toshiba. It is a three-terminal regulator which provides a stable supply voltage within a wide operating range. This regulator is designed for easy implementation, and has a high level of integration and low start-up current.The BU34UA3WNVX-TL is suitable for a wide variety of general purpose voltage regulator applications. The BU34UA3WNVX-TL has a low dropout voltage of only 0.15V VDD (100mA) and can be used in battery applications due to its low quiescent current of just 0.3mA. It is available in the SOT-89, SOT-89-3, and SOT-223 packages, and features a thermal shutdown circuit to protect the output device. The output voltage of the BU34UA3WNVX-TL can be set by a simple resistor divider placed between the input voltage and the ADJ pin. This pin is connected to a reference voltage of approximately 1.2V. The output voltage can be set to any value between 1V and VIN by using an external resistor divider.
