BU4825F-TR Integrated Circuits (ICs)

When the supply voltage reaches its proper range, the BU series circuit will input valid signals to the control logic. The latter analyses the reset logic levels. If the reset logic levels are at their normal states, BU4825F-TR will output valid reset/sequence signals and enable the circuit functionalities. However, if the reset logic levels are not at their proper range, the circuit will remain disabled, protecting the MCU from any false operations.
