There are two possible output states, "natural low" or "latch low". In the "natural low" state, the output pin behaves the same way as a normal logic output, while in the "latch low" states, the output pin stays low until the power-off reset occurs.
In terms of reset circuit, the BU4913F-TR is equipped with independent over-voltage reset, power-on reset and on-time reset circuitry. The over-voltage reset is intended to safeguard from voltage abnormalities, while the power-on reset will activate whenever the input voltage is higher than the set value. The on-time reset circuitry is a watchdog timer that will reset the system upon failure of certain functions. It can be used to detect system lockup or control signal error. The RESET# pin also utilizes an open drain output structure, allowing it to connect to multiple supervisor ICs.(
