The BU6909AGFT-TL is a two-channel automotive brushless DC motor driver for automotive camera applications with diaphragm type stepper motor control. It integrates a dual-phase gates driver, a PWM control circuit, comparator, control logic and drive current regulation circuit. It can be used to drive two-phase, three-phase (3 phases) and four-phase (4 phases) stepper motors.

The BU6909AGFT-TL is suitable for automotive camera applications such as rear view camera system and pan-tilt camera (which requires precise control of the field-view angle). The device is also used for automotive illumination applications such as light control for front/rear fog lamps, auto-dimming rearview mirror, auto-tilt down sunroof and other automotive electronic control systems.
