<Linear - Amplifiers - Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps>The BU7411SG-TR is a general purpose differential line driver with low power consumption and high output current. It provides a high-speed digital output buffer with a high level of performance. The device takes a single digital input and provides a pair of complementary differential outputs that can drive both red and bipolar CMOS lines.This device is ideal for driving both red and bipolar CMOS lines, as well as active devices such as op-amps, buffers, and amplifiers. The BU7411SG-TR has two independent input ports that can be combined to form a differential, single-ended, or independent reference input pair. The input is latched with a logic-controlled, addressable, differential output latch that eliminates multiplexor gate size issues.The BU7411SG-TR offers an integrated high-current buffer driver with a high-speed slew rate and low drive power, making it well suited for driving both resistive and capacitive loads. The output current range is 10A for red CMOS and 8A for bipolar CMOS loads. The BU7411SG-TR is capable of driving high fan-out loads of up to 10 TTL digital gates.The BU7411SG-TR also features a logic-controlled pull-up resistor, which allows the device to be used as a digital receiver, instead of a digital transmitter. The pull-up resistor can be used to control the source of current, allowing the device to operate in any logic family, ranging from TTL to ECL.The BU7411SG-TR has low power consumption, making it ideal for portable and battery-operated applications.
