BUX98A is a general-purpose silicon NPN transistor with high voltage and current characteristics. It is available in two packages, TO-92 and DIP-7, and provides a low-cost solution for needs in industrial and consumer applications.The BUX98A has an NPN construction and is used in audio equipment, switching circuits, linear, and digital applications. Its features include a low input capacitance, high collector current, high DC current gain and fast switching speeds, making it suitable for various applications. This transistor can be used in switching and amplification, in a linear circuit, and as part of a digital circuit.In switching applications, the BUX98A is used to switch a load current.
