The BYM12-150HE3_A/H is a rectifier diode intended for use as an efficient alternative to discrete components or packaged rectifiers when efficiency is desired or where design complexity is an issue. It is a combination of a MOSFET, a Schottky diode, and a fast-recovery diode, acting as a three-terminal switch with the MOSFET controlling the device turn-on and off action.
