BZG05B16-HM3-08: Diodes - Zener - Single Application Field and Working PrincipleA Zener diode is a diode containing two pieces of semiconductor material. It is used to facilitate the flow of electrical current in a regulated or controlled manner. The BZG05B16-HM3-08 is part of a series of diodes that come under the category of single Zener diodes.
