BZH09/Z0000/08 Application Field and Working Principle

The BZH09/Z0000/08 is an integrated high-performance module and is mainly used in power supply circuits. This type of module is designed according to the requirements of UL approved specific safety standards. It is also widely used in major medical, automotive and communication industries.

The BZH09/Z0000/08 module is composed of a reverse loop, radiated noise suppression, AC leakage circuit breaker and PTC temperature switch. Due to its application field, the module is designed to have a nominal voltage of 230V AC, 50/60Hz, and a rated voltage of 400V AC. It has a rated current of 10A and an operating temperature range of 0°C-40°C.

The working principle starts with the reverse loop component. When a reverse voltage is applied to the module, the loop quickly recognizes it and immediately triggers the AC leakage circuit breaker, breaking the circuit. This type of breaker is also capable of tripping when excessive load is detected.

In addition, the BZH09/Z0000/08 also incorporates a radiated noise suppression and a PTC temperature switch that monitors the temperature of the module. The radiated noise suppression reduces interference generated from devices connected to the module to other devices, providing a high insulation level for safe use. The PTC temperature switch provides an additional level of circuit protection by cutting off the power when temperature of the module exceeds a threshold.
