Thyristors form a major component in electronic transistors. Among different types of Thyristors, the Silicon-Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is the most common kind used for commercial purpose. And C438M(Silicon Controlled Silicon Controlled Rectifier ) is a widely used type of SCR.
