Application Field

Working Principle

C53 adopts the vector control technology. The vector control system is considered as an integrated system of dynamic power system. The calculation of instantaneous power is controlled accurately to ensure the smooth operation of motor in the whole rate range. The system can be divided into open-loop control and closed loop control.

In open-loop control, the frequency converter directly sends the reference voltage and frequency, and the motor runs according to the reference. It is mainly used in stable power based applications such as CNC machine tools and steel rolling.

In closed-loop control, the reference voltage and frequency are adjusted according to the feedback signal of the rotor speed and the motor torque, and the motor runs according to the adjusted reference. It is mainly suitable for applications such as centrifugal fans and pumps with unstable signals such as pressure and flow.

C53 uses vector control and space vector pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology to control the speed and torque accurately. The effect of motor speed and torque is fast, accurate and stable. This technology can make the motor run more stable and energy saving, and reduce the impact on the power grid.
