The C8051F015 is a silicon embedded 8-bit microcontroller from the world leader in microcontroller manufacturing, Silicon Laboratories. It has been designed to provide high performance, low power consumption and flexibility for embedded applications. This microcontroller integrates a wide range of peripherals, memory, and DMA channels into a single-chip system on a chip. The C8051F015 microcontroller has an 8-bit Central Processing Unit (CPU), 32KB Flash/EEPROM program memory, 2KB RAM, up to 24 I/O pins, clock generator, 8-bit timer/counters, UART, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), 16-bit Programmable Timer/Counter/Capture (TCC), Data Queue, Serial I/O, Multiply/Divide Unit, Interrupt Unit and other specialized features for maximum flexibility. The on-chip debugger and monitor support Flash/EEPROM programming, debugging and design verification.

Working Principle:
