C8051F304

The C8051F304 is a single-chip 8-bit microcontroller manufactured by Silicon Laboratories. It is an 8-bit microcontroller that integrates Flash memory, 8K of ROM, 1K of RAM, digital peripherals and analog circuitry. This microcontroller is ideally suited for data acquisition, embedded applications and remote control systems.

The C8051F304 can operate in two modes: 8-bit mode and 16-bit mode. In 8-bit mode, the microcontroller operates at 8MHz and has 8K of ROM, 1K of RAM and an 8-bit data bus. In 16-bit mode, the microcontroller operates at 16MHz and has 16K of ROM, 2K of RAM and a 16-bit data bus.
